Jail public-information record checks require the subject's full name and date of birth plus a valid government-issued photo ID from the requester. Sioux County's records page says requests may be made in person, by mail with payment, by phone at (712) 737-2280 with payment sent separately, or by email to records@siouxcounty.org with payment mailed separately. A mailed physical response requires a self-addressed stamped envelope.
